Consent Agreement: This agreement is relative to any and all still images, dvd, or downloadable video and audio media, hereafter referred to as content, ordered from Powershotz.com or E-Motionz.
I hereby certify the following to be true:
1. I am an adult, at least 18 years old or older, I understand the laws of my local community and I have the legal right to possess the material I am ordering in my local community.
2. I wish to order adult content only for my own personal entertainment, and in my own home.
3. I understand the adult nature of the content I am ordering. I do not find images of nude adults, adults engaged in sexual acts, bondage activities, or other strongly suggestive sexual material to be offensive or objectionable. I hold the producers of the content harmless if I do find the materials to be offensive.
4. I will not show or allow to be seen any part of the content that I am ordering to minors.
5. I will not copy, transfer, sell, or give away any of the content or modifications of same to any other person or entity.
6. I promise to destroy and render useless any and all content when I have no further use for it, and I accept the responsibility to maintain the security of all content so that it may not be viewed by minors.
7. It is legal in the community in which I reside to obtain and view the content. I understand the standards and laws of the community where I will view the content and am completely responsible for my actions.
8. I accept full legal accountability for any failure on my part to comply with this agreement.
9. I understand that all acts depicted in the content which I am ordering were simulated, that they were performed by consenting models over the age of 18 for entertainment purposes only.
10. By ordering content, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of the content from any and all liability which might arise.
International Customers: Be advised that should any content be confiscated by customs en route to your location you will not be reimbursed for the loss. However we will work with you as reasonable to resolve any issues that may arise. Please be sure that you know the customs laws of your country before placing an order as we cannot accept responsibility for customs related loss.
